Over a decade ago, my life felt unstable in every area, from my mental health and relationships to my family, finances, and friendships.

Life was only supposed to begin, yet it already felt like I was at rock bottom. In that moment, the only thing more frightening than growth was staying where I was.

What started as a survival strategy became an incredible journey of healing, self-discovery, and growth that completely transformed who I was as a person.

Through my journey, I realized that the most impactful changes in our lives happen internally, in our subconscious minds, and in our emotional patterns and thoughts, while everything around us is just a reflection of that.
